Origo offers a true culinary experience every day throughout the year. Restaurateur couple Joanna and Jan Westerling started out with a summer restaurant in 1989 and have since developed the restaurant to provide year-round service. The food is prepared with pride from local ingredients and to complement each dish we seek out the best wines from small-scale producers. On the upper floor we can host private functions and dinners, and keep the fun going until four o'clock in the morning.
We're located in the old warehouses of Hanko's eastern port
Origo was the first restaurant to open in the converted 1800s warehouse buildings in Hanko's eastern port. You can easily get to us by train, as we're only five minutes walk from the train station. By boat, you can come ashore almost right on our terrace.
